Used agricultural machines in distribution of chemical manure
Fertilizer machines
These
machines are special to add manure and may be machines that are engaged
in cultivation and fertilization, and generally the fertilization
machines can be divided into the following:
(1) Chemical manure spreaders:
Chemical fertilizer distribution machines are divided into:
1. Manure spreaders may be ground machines or aircraft.
2- Fertilizer underlining machines.
3. Combined units such as fertilizer and grain underline machine.
4 - Special combinations for the distribution of manure in agriculture machines in rows.
5 - fertilizer spraying machines are similar to those used in pesticide spraying and used to distribute liquid fertilizer.
Chemical fertilizer spreaders:
These
machines are similar to centrifugal machines, where the quantity of the
material (fertilizer or seeds) is controlled, and then the distribution
is displayed by means of a disk or two rotary disks. The
aircraft are used for manure dispersion in vast areas with hills or
difficult terrain such as rice-flooded rice farms .
B- Fertilizer underlining machines:
The
machines that distribute the compost in rows or lines similar to
agricultural machines, where the fertilizer falls on the equipment to
adjust the feed fertilizer spread at regular intervals usually about 15
cm on the total length of the fertilizer tank and this equipment
suitable for the distribution of fertilizers or lime. Some
of them have openings to open grooves to place compost in subsurface
slides and can be used to place manure on the flora side if there is
wide space between the plants.
(2) Municipal organic fertilizer distribution machines:
There are two types:
1- Machines operated by the rear tractor shaft.
2. Earth-powered machines.
These
machines distribute organic compost quickly and regularly and are
generally made up of the box and the transport device that slides over
the box floor. It is a track or mat and the third part of these
machines is found in the back of the machine to break the manure and
push it back. Fertilizer at the back of the machine to the right and the
left and so the fertilizer is spread on a wider bar than the width of
the machine box. In
general, the machines that are managed by the rear management shaft are
preferred. The required distribution rate can be given. Machines that
are run with earth wheels. The tractor wheels tighten the load as well
as give the power needed to manage the machine wheels. Therefore,
there is a large load on the wheels of the tractor, which leads to
sliding, especially in the disintegrated or wetland.
Factors to be considered when evaluating fertilization machines:
1. The rate of disposal shall not be affected by the level of compost or land inclination.
2 - the extent of the distribution of fertilizer and the suitability of the disposal rates with the front speed of the machine.
3 - Easy to disassemble and install the feeders to complete maintenance.
4
- resistance to the parts of the machine to corrosion as many of the
fertilizers are working to corrode the parts of the machine.
The
distribution of fertilizer is calculated by dividing the maximum area
of distribution by the operation of the machine. The fertilizer is
collected from each part and weighed. These weights are attributed to
the total. The mean, the highest value and the lowest distribution value
are estimated. The higher the small value, the better the machine is in
performance, and the distribution width of the machine as well as the
required interference area, especially in the prose machines, is
estimated.
